From locally to regionally-inspired cuisine, we feature fresh and local products at each venue, including the abundant local produce that is collected daily from the surrounding hills.
- We cater to any and all dietary requirements.
- At least half of the fruit and vegetables we serve are grown in and around 10 kms from the restaurant.
- The rest of our produce is sourced from local producers and organic farmers throughout the states of Himachal and bordering Haryana.

Please note that meals from outside are not allowed in the resort.

Evening snacks: 5:00 pm – 7:00 pm
